Payment and Cancellation Policies

You can make your reservations easily and quickly through Khora Suites official website or call center. Our payment methods and flexibility options are as follows.
You can create your reservation by choosing the payment plan that suits you.

If you are sure that you cannot change your stay dates, the "Prepaid Rate" type is for you.
If your holiday program is not finalized, but you have chosen the hotel where you will stay and want to book the dates you want, the "Semi-Flexible Rate" type is more suitable for you.
If your travel plans are not yet finalized but you still want to take advantage of the early booking period, you can book your room by taking advantage of the early booking discount with the "Flexible Rate" type.

1- PREPAID RATE
It has the most affordable price on our site. The total amount is charged at the time of booking. No change or cancellation is possible after the reservation is confirmed. No refund can be requested. If the reservation is not used, a penalty is applied to the entire amount charged.
     

2- SEMI-FLEXIBLE RATE
The price is slightly higher than the prepaid rate. Only the first night is charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount of the reservation is paid to the hotel upon check-in. In case of cancellation after the reservation has been confirmed, the first night amount is not refundable. Once the reservation is confirmed, changes are possible up to 7 days before the check-in date. In case of a change, the remaining amount is paid to the hotel upon check-in. In case of reservation changes, the current rates and terms and conditions will apply.

3-FLEXIBLE RATE
It has the highest price on our site. Credit card details are required at the time of booking. No prepayment is required. The total amount is paid to the hotel upon check-in. Changes or cancellations are possible up to 7 days before check-in, and no penalty is applied. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged.

Payment options:
For reservations made through our website, online payment by Visa or MasterCard credit card is possible.
For reservations made through our call center, it is possible to pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card via a secure payment link.

For reservations made through our call center, it is possible to pay by Bank Transfer.

 

Important Note:
For all payments by Visa or MasterCard credit card, your credit card must be enabled for international online and mail-order transactions and must support 3D Secure authentication. You can contact your bank for detailed information and changes.
For payments made by bank transfer, you can easily make your payment using the bank details provided in the temporary booking confirmation that will be sent to your e-mail. The reservation holder is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.
