Hotel and Booking Rules

Khora Suites reserves the right to amend and enforce all policies governing hotel and reservation rules and order within the property. The scope and hours of paid and complimentary services may vary according to operational, supply and weather conditions. Guests must comply with all rules set and enforced by Khora Suites.

General reservation and accommodation rules:

Room rates and booking conditions are determined by the information guests provide when booking. Additional charges may apply if inconsistent or incorrect information is provided at check-in.
Failure to comply with hotel rules may result in law enforcement being contacted and legal proceedings being initiated before the competent local courts.
Prices are not changed after booking confirmation.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Service scope and operating hours may vary due to operational conditions.
Suite check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
There is no age restriction at the property. Guests under 18 must stay with their parents.
Guests not included in the reservation are charged an additional 60 Euro per night.
Children aged 3-12 may stay free of charge within room capacity.
Extra beds are not provided in suites. A baby cot may be provided on request for children aged 0-2.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Late check-out is chargeable; the luggage room may be used until the suite is ready or after check-out.
The property may cancel a reservation if credit card details are inconsistent or suspicious.
Reception is open 24 hours. All common areas are recorded 24/7 by high-resolution security cameras.
Parties and events are prohibited at the property.
Food and beverage service is not provided at the property.
Airport transfer is chargeable.
Member rates, benefits and campaigns apply only to reservations made via Khora Suites' official website or call center.

Suite use and cleaning rules:

Smoking is prohibited in suites and all enclosed areas.
Hookahs (shisha) and similar products are prohibited within the property.
Heating anything other than water in the kettle is prohibited.
Damage caused by guests' personal devices will be charged to the guest.
Drones, skateboards, hoverboards and scooters are prohibited within the property.
Daily routine suite cleaning is complimentary. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Beach towels are changed once per day.

Pet accommodation rules:

Pets weighing 0-7 kg are accepted.
The pet accommodation fee is 25 Euro per night.
Pet-friendly suites are limited and require property approval before booking.
Pets are not allowed in the pool, sun lounger, or deck areas.
A food bowl, water bowl and pet bed are provided for pets.

Common area and pool usage rules:

The outdoor pool operates subject to weather conditions and is closed after 20:00. Due to cleaning and chlorination, the property is not responsible for incidents arising from use of the pool after closing time.
The adult pool is 150 cm deep and the children's pool is 50 cm deep. Parents are responsible for children in the pool and common areas.
The sauna and steam room operate from 15:00 to 19:00. Guests under 16 may use these areas only under parental supervision.
The fitness center is open from 08:00 to 19:00.
All outdoor services are subject to weather conditions.

In the event of overbooking, renovation or any extraordinary circumstances, Khora Suites will:

Provide alternative accommodation at a property in the same area and of an equivalent category, under the existing reservation conditions.
Provide free transfer to the alternative property at no additional charge.
Khora Suites will not be liable for any additional compensation for the alternative accommodation and transfer arrangements provided.
