Cancellation and refund conditions for reservations made on the official Khora Suites website https://khorasuites.reservationdhc.com or through the call center vary depending on the price plan. For prepaid rates, cancellations, refunds, and price changes are not possible after the reservation has been confirmed. You will be asked to check a box (I have read the Terms and Conditions) at the final stage of the reservation before payment to confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Checking this box indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions.

 

Prepaid rates only accept payments made with Mastercard “3D secure” or Visa “Verified by Visa” credit cards, i.e., credit cards with SMS verification codes.  

 

With the Semi-Flexible rate, the first day's fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the hotel.

 

In the Flexible Price Advantage, for pay-at-check-in rates, your credit card is re-authorized on the same day to verify its validity.

 

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, it is not possible to withdraw foreign currency from credit cards belonging to Turkish banks using virtual or non-virtual POS devices belonging to Turkish banks.

Dynamic pricing is applied on our official website and call center. Prices are determined based on the hotel, accommodation date, reservation date, room type, number of people, price plan, country of origin, IP address, and room occupancy rate. Prices may vary until the reservation is confirmed. Generally, booking earlier results in lower prices. In rare cases, lower prices may be offered for a limited number of rooms closer to the check-in date.  

 

Child prices are calculated based on the child's age and may vary. Therefore, it is necessary to specify the child's age at the time of check-in during the reservation process. Upon arrival at the hotel, the ages of the children are checked against their IDs, and if there is a discrepancy between the age stated on the ID and the age stated during the reservation process, an additional fee will be charged based on the age difference.

 

Prices are determined on the website based on the user's country of residence. Prices vary depending on the country, region, and market from which guests arrive. During the reservation process, prices are offered based on the user's IP address and the phone number of the person calling the call center. If guests arrive from a country other than the one specified during the check-in process, a price difference may occur, and in this case, an additional fee will be charged upon arrival at the facility.

 

Airport transfers for both departure and return can be added to prepaid or semi-flexible price types booked through our website or call center for an additional fee. Each vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
